StratOps Consulting is led by a senior strategy and post-sale transformation consultant with nearly 20 years of experience across customer success, solution engineering, project delivery and operational strategy.

 

For the past 8+ years, we’ve worked hands-on with SaaS and B2B tech companies across APAC, EMEA and the Americas — building scalable success functions, reducing churn and delivering millions in expansion revenue.

 

Certified in PMP, PRINCE2 (Agile) and CSM, we bring a hybrid background in program leadership, technical enablement and cross-functional execution. This allows us to translate strategy into structured systems that work — fast.
